What is Kappa Chi?
On November 10, 1981, withstanding
strong criticism and harsh skeptics, 23 men embarked
on the creation of a new Men’s Social Club for
Ouachita Baptist University, known as Kappa Chi. More
than 25 years later, the legacy of the 23 founding
members lives on as a statement of integrity and perseverance
for those within the brotherhood of Kappa Chi.
The Men of Kappa Chi are united by Christian faith,
the respect of the individual personality, and a dedicated
movement toward common goals within the club. The
core of these goals is maintaining a strong, diverse,
and respectful brotherhood within the club
